Processing Time
Orders are handmade in small batches out of our kitchen in Guwahati, Assam. Most orders are packed and handed over to our courier partner within 2-3 business days of confirmation. During festive periods or high-demand launches, processing may take a little longer — we'll let you know over WhatsApp/Instagram if there's a delay.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship all over India. If you're ordering from outside Assam, please double-check your pincode is serviceable by our courier partner at checkout/order confirmation — a small number of remote pincodes may not be covered.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on your delivery location and order weight, and will be shared with you before your order is confirmed. We occasionally run free-shipping offers — follow our Instagram for updates.
Delivery Time
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days within Assam and the North East, and 5-10 business days for the rest of India, depending on your location and courier serviceability.
Order Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number over WhatsApp or Instagram DM once your order ships, so you can follow it right up to your doorstep.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
We package every jar carefully to survive transit, but if your order arrives damaged, leaking, or doesn't arrive at all, message us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with photos (for damaged items) and we'll sort out a replacement or refund.
