Products & Ordering
True Condiments products are currently ordered via direct message on Instagram or WhatsApp rather than an online checkout. Product descriptions, images, and pricing shared with you at the time of order are considered part of that order's terms. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse an order at our discretion, for example due to stock availability.
Pricing & Payment
Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are confirmed with you directly before an order is placed. Payment methods accepted will be shared at the time of ordering.

Our products are made with real chilli and other whole ingredients and are extremely spicy — please check ingredient and allergen information before consuming, particularly if you have food allergies or sensitivities. True Condiments is not liable for any adverse reaction resulting from misuse or failure to check ingredients beforehand.

True Condiments is a food business registered with FSSAI (Registration No. 20325101001849) and holds a trade licence issued in Guwahati, Assam (Licence No. 1746969519964061).
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Guwahati, Assam.
